hearty mountain cuisine – featuring everything from trout and steaks to our famous hatchet burger – is the mainstay of the hatchet grill. for something a bit different, try a buffalo burger or steak. large salads, an extensive appetizer menu, and tempting desserts round out the dinner fare.

the grill is also open for breakfast and lunch. omelets, pancakes, french toast and just a few of the items on the extensive breakfast menu. sandwiches, burgers, soups and fresh salads round out the fare available at lunch. one of our guiding principles is that diners don’t leave the restaurant hungry.
